fanon characters....need more detail

I was on my roleplaying site and I seen a character who peeked my intrest into a battle
ima give out an example of what I saw.....

Name: Sasumo Uchiha
Kekkei genkai: sharingan,ms,ems and rinmaru kekkei?
Ultimate justu: death
Elements: all elements (with his own versions of light,space and even star)
Background: sasukmo the true god of shinobis

I. Was hoping for atleast a good practice but no fanon characters need more work make a 9 paragraph bio on how. They earned the powers and to not godmod this kid was so not roleplaying right how could anyone be like that
his race was

Making it seems to combine 2 animes and custom moves

I feel fanon should just have more detail if anyone experience something like or near post it please
