Don't overrate kakashi, he's not top 10

in my opinoin Kakashi is top 10. he may not have so many OP jutsu but he has the intellect to fight and survive those OP jutsu so hes above alot of people in my book. also in my opinion i wouldnt count Edo madara and kabutomaru cause of all the body and dna alterations

Kakashi is my third fav. after kakuzu and kabuto , but please some of you are ruining the character, he's gonna start being hated because of his fanboys like Itachi.

Yes he has a 1 shot thechnique that is very fast, but there's also many shinobis who are overall stronger than him.
He's top 15 for me, but that's his top, he's no higher than 15

1- Kabuto with edo tensei (nobody soloes 30 summons!!)
2- Madara released from edo tensei (he's not a summon, he released himself, remember that)

In my opinion he's top 15, but there are some that have him in the top 20 or even 25, he's not top 10, there's no argument to counter that!

oh wow. the space time tech thats going to make him soooo much better. Of course he was a beast in water style but than again im pretty sure im not going to see him top kisames giant water shark bullet. Once again, you guys have had nothing to go on besides appearance. You kid yourselves thinking Minato doesnt have any other techs but you guys just know that Tobirama has more to offer than Minato. Biased fanboyism at its best. Tobirama actually hasnt showed us anything unqiue to him.
