itachi explained it to him once , only once

1. Itachi told him how to use it, every Uchiha can use it.
2. That isn't Amaterasu nor Tsukuyomi, and Edo Itachi didn't lose his sight, not until he used Izanami. The same goes with EMS.
3. I am telling you a theory about how he could defeat MADARA.

sasuke isnt edo, and he takes too many hits and damage during fights so he would realisticcally be killed in **********

All the Uchihas have Izanami, it's just that they must learn how to use it. Itachi gave an explanation to Sasuke.
