The four kages' presence will be felt.......

In the previous chaptures we noticed that the four kages were able to sense naruto and madara's present from konoha so I think it possible that naruto,madara,kakashi,obito will notice the presence of the four kages as well.

At the moment the kages are sitting around Hashi for story time, so their chakra levels aren't raised to battle standards. I don't think anyone outside of Naruto in SM/BM could probably sense them. Well, there was that one chakra spike from hashi but was it enough for someone in battle to notice... Doubt it.

Eh, maybe if Naruto is trying sense something. You have to understand that there is loads of chakra where Naruto is at so of course theyre going to sense it. Also the kages didnt even know that the war was going on until Oro told them and Tobirama sensed it.

Well oro is repressing their abilities so they don't have much chakra control and it's most likely not detectable..

Okay but though I mentioned him cause I thought the kyuubi chakra might help enhance his sensing ability but it obvs he is not at all a sensing type..
