I've been wanting kinemon to join and his son. With that there would be 3 swordmen one ice, one fire and one regular which would be cool. Plus if kinemon joined I think it would push Zoro to be even better. With momonosuke joining it kinda adds another animal, the other guys being jealous and luffy has fun with him they really should join.

Another female member would certainly be a nice addition. However, not sure as to what abilities and role she'd have.

Also, hoping that the island Trafalgar's crew is stationed at, Zou, is where all the humanoid animals originated from.
Perhaps, a member from that island? There'd be choices and perhaps that may even be where the next female is.
