The power of the Kyuubi

I remember hearing that Minato sealed half of the Kyuubi chakra in himself and the other half in Naruto. Does this mean that surely Naruto is only half as strong as the other Jinchuriki? Or as he grew up did the other half of his power come back? Because the Kyuubi can't be killed they just re-emerge again.

I just hate the idea of Naruto being half as strong

Kurama never regenerated his chakra because it doesn't exist anymore. Chakra is made of 50% Yin and 50% Yang. So when the 50% yin was gone, it couldn't be brought back sadly cause it no longer exists in the Kyuubi.

maybe the kyuubi chakra was to powerfull for naruto's young body and minato sealed half in him. maybe the kyuubi's chakra regenerated in time.
