Also I was trying to be nice your theory is base off speculation after speculation, to have a proper theory at least have a hypothesis. Thus you need facts to further claim your theory. And no this is not the best theory in the world. This guy narutobase got the theory right for one of the latest chap, his prediction had logical reasoning.

As far fetched as this thread/theory may seem on face value , if you think about the kind of character we are told that Shishui was - everything in this theory seems very in character for him, I believe that Shisui is more than just an Uchiha with the most wanted sharingan out there and this is because he seems to be behind a lot more than what we give him credit for e.g. the idea of giving Itachi his sharingan and trusting him to know what to do with it; placing it in a crow, where it can be used as opposed to ending with him.

Itachi himself said in the manga, not quite sure of the exact page, that Shisui was quite similar to Naruto and that he wanted peace and was horrified when he heard about the coup d'etat and had the idea of putting his entire clan under his genjutsu; if he was willing to put the entire clan under genjutsu what's to stop him putting Itachi under the very same genjutsu? He had very good reason to use Itachi because his right eye was stolen by Danzo leaving him in a state too weak to perform this feat alone.
