naw man thats stupid it has said plenty of times that u are revived in your prime...if what your theory was true then hashirama and tobirama would be walking bones and madara and the previous kages but i think u came up with that because of how kabuto brought back certain people it is known that kabuto enhanced people beyond there prime u might also be thinking of madara well kabuto brought him back beyond his prime and even said that already to madara, madara died at a very old age surely in the 100s because obito referred to him as ancestor which explains itself but that right there proves your theory wrong and madara awakened that rinnegan when he was old as well if kabuot had brought him back when he received madara's blood sample then he would be a walking pile of bones...u should really research before u come up with theories that have been proven

This is a good theory, but unfortunately it cannot be confirmed. I am assuming your main reason for this thread is to explain Madara in your mind, but even if your theory is correct, it cannot possibly apply to Madara's case.

If you were revived at that time the DNA was taken, you would only have techniques that were available to you at that time. Now I had a very long discussion on this topic with someone in the past, but if this were true and Madara was brought back at say 30, he would not have the Rinngan because he did not have it at that age.

The person I discussed this with was adamant that he would have it because Edo Tensei brings you back with all the techniques you had when you were alive, but this could not possibly correlate to Madara having the Rinngan because DNA can only give information about the person's past, it cannot predict the future. So if Madara was brought back with 30 year old DNA and this rule applied, he couldn't possibly have the Rinnegan.

To sum things up, Madara has the Rinngan right now which means he was revived as an old man and altered his body because that was the only time he had the Rinngan. Thus the rule of bringing you back as you died applies to every person that has had the jutsu cast on them so far, which obviously assumes the DNA was taken at their death. Now your theory could still apply, but right now there is no one that diverges from the pattern, specifically because Kabuto has taken all his DNA from corpses, so there is no way to confirm such a theory. But as to Madara, this is definitely not the case.

As demonstrating with Madara you can control DNA to age or not age a person to get a certain age you want for the subject it's all a mater of how much effort you,r willing to put on a subject.

There is stuff wrong or right with every theory.

1 revived when dna was taken: unlikely. How did Oro get the dna of a 30-40 year old Hashirama or Tobirama. When Hashi knew Tsunade, he must have died as an old man.
2 revived in your prime: Hiruzen got revived beyond his prime. Clearly.
3 revived as how you died: unlikely. That would mean Tobirama and Hashirama died young. Hashirama would impossibly have known Tsunade when he was 30-40. In that case she wouldn't be 50 now, she would be close to 90. When Konoha was found, he was between 25-35 I'd say.

2 revived in your prime: could be Kabuto perfected Oro's justu and can control it perfectly now. Who knows.
3 revived as how you died: Hiruzen is a good example for that being right, but it mainly goes for him and not all others.

no it has been said in the manga that you are brought back the way you were when you died....

example (everybody except for madara) he was the only one that was brought back beyond his prime...(prime eye,prime body,prime age)

You Revive at the point when your dead. Honestly I think Kishi just put Kabuto's "Special Reanimation" in place so Madara wouldnt be crippled old fart. If you think about all the other summons it makes a lot more sense that its when they died.

I disagree. That would imply a lot of things, for example Kabuto/Orochimaru being present during the Zabuza arc. It would also mean that they obtained DNA from Madara/Hashirama/Tobirama when they were in their prime, a time that Orochimaru was still a child and Kabuto still a sperm.

Wasnt it stated in the manga by kabuto that madara revival was special meaning he gave him his young body with rinnegan which he awakened later in life. Then that should tell you the summoner can make such adjustments.

Everyone else weve seen revived hurizen, chiyo, hasirama, dan, asuma etc all where revived at the age of their death. Its not that complicated
