-No Edo ninja or Edo Tensei users
-No genetic alterations (Kabuto, I'm looking at you)

With all these restrictions who would come out on top. I think it will still be Hashirama both possibly Guy or Lee :x3:

So you take away dojutsu but not other KG? That doesn't seem fair.
