Honestly its hard to say since we haven't seen it in a long time....isn't the only time he used it against Kaku?!

It's possible that it is stronger, but I'd say if anything they'd be equal...can't say for sure.

Grizzly Magnus is without a doubt stronger than Asura, or at least much stronger than Asura before the Timeskip.
