i find that they are very equaly matched but minato might have a small atvantage because of itachis lack of chakra

Itachi is smarter than him manga stated he was on hokage lvl at age of 7
is he able to take on healthy itachi
he can do nothing with speed if itachi is in susano

the problem with what your saying is how long can itachi really hold susanno for i think minato can ftg until itachi ran out of chakra please state your counter theory

personally i have never seen it regenerate in the manga.not even once.so i'll assume it doesn't.
