Has Deidara Been Nerfed?

I'll admit; I'm a Deidara spammer on Generations. He's my favorite and best character and he gets me wins, come at me bro.

But in Storm 3, has he been nerfed? Or is he as spammable as ever? Because it's almost hinging on if I buy the game or not.
