I don't know why but I feel as if agility and reflexes somehow tie together

A good example for eyesight: Zabuza's sillent killing would be useless without the mist to conceal his location. As for reflexes, if you think they are the same, that is your opinion, but in my mind they are 2 different things

True, when you put it like that, in a sense wouldn't that be environmental, he kind of shapes it to his advantage..

And for reflexes, I guess I can see why they'd be considered different.
