How does a sand coffin has penetrating abilities comparable to chidori when sand coffin is a pressure based attack, not a piercing attack? Chidori can cut through a diamond hard defence such as Kakuzu's with ease. Anyway black chidori is even stronger than regular chidori and will deal a huge amount of damage if it doesn't outright kill him.

I said three because I think depending on the two in question, Kimimaro would not get totally raped but three would own him rather easily.

Shino seems like a good counter to Kimimaro and could theoretically beat him but Shino gets no screen time so it is hard to judge his combat prowess. Rock Lee already got owned by CE Gaara while Kimimaro would have beat SRA Gaara so part 1 Lee gets destroyed but he could be helpful in defeating Kimimaro for sure.

.... Lightning>Doton which is why it cut through the diamond hard defence. So that argument's out. And kimi had no trouble against gaara, he was countering every attack and was about to murder him before he died.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Gaara is really the only team I can think of.

Naruto never calls forth bunta in a fight except for against another jin. Why didn't he use it against sasuke? Oh, because he's retarded in part 1.
If you knew anything about the original fight you'd understand why he beats chakra cloaked naruto easily....
