Gaara vs Fourth Raikage

In all of his fights, gaara has always been formidable and done very well. He was at stalemate in part one with naruto others may call it he lost but he fought well nonetheless. Against Sasuke, he finished him easily once he went through the transformation of tailed beast. He did what no one else could and held off kimmimaro altho he might have lost if the guy didn't have a disease. Naruto and Lee had no chance against beating Kimmimaro.

His main concern is an opponent's speed outclassing him like Lee did but he still survived. Some may call it he survived by luck or not. In part two, he was dominating deidara until the latter got one good trick on him even if the terrain was his advantage.

He fought well against the edo kages especially the mizukage.....and he has a way to fight off amaterasu with his hands so he is pretty strong. Can he beat A or his speed going to annihilate him. Speed is his weakness and the raikage has lightning jutsu.

i think he could!
he is very different from the other more powerfull more skilled and he got other techs with his special sand techs!

Gaara blocked A's attack before it landed on Sasuke but i doubt his sand can keep up with his running speed.
His sand couldn't even catch Deidara's bird so i highly doubt Gaara can restrict A from jumping all over the place.


Unlike the Lee vs Gaara fight, sand Armour will not save him from raton boosted attacks.Even kcm Naruto mentioned that his arms would've been ripped off if he didn't have the chakra cloak.

Hmm gaaras sand is not as fast as the raikage so i guess the raikage coud win

Well, Edo Madara's flower power jutsu was said to be created in an instant (ignore the hyperbole), but by then, all of the Kage were already high into the air due to Gaara's sand.

Once Gaara gets airborne, the Raikage has no chance.

Unless the fight begins with A fully powered up, 10 feet from Gaara, ready to strike, then Gaara wins.

Sand sphere means speed wont help as he is protected from all sides,his samd stopped A's v2 strike already,once gaara goes airnorne,A is finished

I would give this to A most of the time, but depending on the terrain and distance it could go the other way.
