If we all removed that, then there will be no discrimination or violent rivalries.

Haqshirama and Madara Unified clans into villages , how do they make that?Not just by saying come with us or we kill you.
They made the clans have a common goal that could be achieved only by allying each other.The clans would feel they have choosen alliance , even if not.
How?Using an ennemy (Kurama or...) huge enough to fight a lot of clans.

Then use the same method to unify the world:resurrect juubi.It seems to work , the shinobi alliance is now on.

Oh sorry that isn't what I meant. I mean Fugaku and Mikoto raise Itachi and Sasuke but the concept of all the Uchiha doesn't exist.

You have a link with your father , your father have a link with his brother , you may have a link with your uncle , and his childs.
Even if they are not named Uchiha , they are linked.
You can delete those links only by taking the babies from their birth and put them into grow houses.

You say " do your work ".But what is the work to do?You are talking about duty?
Kisame did his work ( for his society ) by killing his comrades , Itachi did his work by killing the uchiha clan...
The work is: help society grow "in a good way".Societies have to be bettter and better with each one work.
But 2 guys can be convinced by 2 different ways.And then what?The world split , wars...

You are right and wrong. Obito isn't evil thanks to the concept of the clans, but Madara (whom is against the Hashirama clans and it with the concept of the clans), pursued Obito to become like that. Right and wrong, but you are mostly right.
