1)Because Minato is already dead, so he can't die again, unless the summoner dies, and we all know that when Orochimaru dies, he doesn't.

2)Naruto could definitely take him down, if he comes up with a strategy.

This time it would be an intense fight since Obito has rinnegan. Edo Minato has unlimited chakra and he is like the best Kage and one of the best characters. I'm thinking Edo Minato and Naruto take this for obvious reasons.
