what an imbalanced matchup. making the battlefield full of water is a good thing for kisame who can breath underwater. great shark bullet takes all the muscle out of tobiramas water dragons. and his kenjutsu/speed fighting style is useless next to kisames high speed healing and physical strength. he overpowered base gai and base bee.
