I have played all chapters of uns 3 but i dont have ems sasuke
Can anyone please help me

Ah you're right...which is pretty bad considering I unlocked EMS Sasuke through the fragment sequence...

How do I get EMS sasuke?

For storm 3 how do I get EMS sasuke with the new susanno? I have the sasuke when he fought danzo, I beat the game and I still don't have him I have Naruto, do I have to beat it in hero because I beat the game in legendary mode.

I thnk there are special side missions you have to complete, then you go to fight him and then you unlock him, I have yet to do so though.

You need to get a certain amount of money I believe.

Walk to the northern part of the village after the story. In the area with the stairs to Tsunade's office/mansion place will be a frog with a quest icon. Speak to him and work on his quest; Sasuke is unlocked halfway through it (took me an hour, if that).

Alternately, simply spam Free Battle or time line until you have obtained (over the course of the game, it doesn't matter if you spent any prior) 1.5 million Ryo, and he will be unlocked, much like the Storm points previously.

I unlocked "him" while playing at the rank online. It has something to do with the amount of ryo you aquired.

That's the way I did it, didn't take much work at all. Once you figure out a nice route to take for farming those chakra fragments it's pretty simple.
