It's not a healing tech. Obito was not healed! He was revived by attaching Senju RNA to his half crushed body including half his face!
It has nothing to do with training/healing. The Senju DNA revives/regenerates someone instantly!
They all share the same DNA, which is inherited from the parents who inherited it from their parents and the whole clan shares the same Ability.

What you're talking about is Hashi-DNA, not Senju-DNA in general.
Hashi may have that disposition for self regenaration, but he is not like Wolverine from X-men, whose wounds heal automatically. It is still something that he had to learn first.
By the way didn't you learn anything about genetics in school.
Maybe try to google "Mendelian inheritance" as a first step.

Hashirama got his DNA from his parents, right? Right. So did his brothers. Hashirama's RNA has the ability to regen even dead half crushed bodies "obito". So to make it simple for you: Hashirama DNA came from his parents, meaning one of his parents or both had the same ability as Him, meaning that the parents of his parents had the same ability in their DNA, meaning that the clan by large shares the same ability. You got that. You have to realize that the Senju have the SO6P body with his strong physical/life/yang chakra.. meaning their bodies are special.
Why didn't they pick Tobirama' RNA instead? Ask kishimoto! because it doesn't make sense to me either.

lol, everything you say is proven wrong by the Manga

1. Itama is dead = no Hashi-healing-ability (pretty obvious)

2. Tsunades byakugou = We can assume it's the same technique that Hashi used.
Tsunade: "Only those have mastered "Byakugou", the mitiotic regenaration jutsu (...) It's a forbidden jutsu that only I know how to use it" (ch. 577) = not self-working due to Hashi-DNA, but a technique, that you you have to "master" in order to use it.

3. Obito never died = he wasn't "revived" by Hashi-DNA.
Madara: "However, it's a miracle that you're alive. I don't know how that rock didn't crush you. It's almost as if you were able to slip away from it" (ch. 602).

4. Obito's crushed body part was replaced by a Hashi-body-clone (Zetsu) = Hashi-DNA didn't automatically heal or even revive Obito, it just replaced the crushed part, and was obviously sewed on Obito's healthy body part.
Madara: "If you move Hashirama's artificial body that I stucked to you will be ripped off" (ch. 602).

Only plausible conclusions: Hashirama's healing ability is a jutsu that only himself and Tsunade know how to use.
It is no Kekkei Genkei, that is passed down to every potential Senju (Itama in this case).
It is not self working. Hashi-DNA does not automatically heal or even revive anybody who comes in contact with it.

I sincerely hope that you now understand what I mean.
If you don't want to accept those facts, you should make your own manga, where everything goes according to you.
