Looks:Tarrlok was a tall, broad, and hefty man in his upcoming years. He had grown in complexion (becoming a little bit darker over the years) as well as put on weight muscle wise. Tarrlok always gave off an anticipating look which scared strangers often. Also during his growing up years he seemed to be aesthetically gifted having nice broad features on his face. | Personality:As a young child, Tarrlok was a kindhearted and generous person who cared deeply for others. Tarrlok over the years became, obsessed with power and willing to do whatever it took to acquire it. Tarrlok also demonstrated himself to be an ambitious and manipulative elitist behind closed doors. Cold and ruthless when it came to achieving his goals, he was not above utilizing underhanded tactics such as aggression and bribery to get what he wanted. |

Background Information
Clinging To Life
After Tarrlok, and Noatak's sad departure from their home (Northern Water Tribe) they wandered into Kirigakure in which would become their new home, rather they knew it, or not at the time. "Hey Noatak, why is the mist so thick in this area. It's starting to affect my eye sight." Tarrlok said. "I think we're entering the Kirigakure territory.. Infamously known as The Bloody Mist." Noatak quietly replied back. As the two brother went on, they had found blood, dead bodies, ninja tools, and disrupted land features every step they had taken. However, worse things were to come as they heard screams of anguish, and the clattering of steel on steel, getting closer the more they edged on..
"Tarrlok, watch out!" Noatak screamed. As a Kaguya member attacked Tarrlok, Noatak swiftly grabbed his younger brother by the arm, and ran; the two brothers ran, clinging to life itself as a newborn baby craves for love and affection.. This was fear... fear they never would have expected to have experienced. As Noatak and Tarrlok ran to survive through the anguishing noises of dying shinobi, and the smell of rotten blood, which had taken over the mists color turning it bloody red had ran into The Second Mizukage, a shinobi in which held similar gene relevance.. The Hōzuki Clan..
"What are you youngsters doing out here in the middle of war!? Didn't your parents even teach you to be careful?!" The Second Mizukage curiously questioned. "W-we don't have parents anymore sir.." Tarrlok answered back. As The Mizukage continued to question the youngsters in the thickening mist, he lead them to safety where he begun to figure out they were related to him.. He learned that they were relatives of the Hōzuki Clan. "So you youngsters... you say you're stranded, and would do anything to protect one another..?". "Yes sir." Noatak, and Tarrlok both hurriedly, but surely replied. "Well I'd be darned. You both seem to have some sort of relevance to the Hōzuki Clan, and you don't have anyone to really rely on, but yourselves.. So.." The Mizukage smiled. "I guess you'll have to chance it, it's a small percentage that you kids have relevance to the Hōzuki's legend of the prophesied brothers, but why not give it a chance? After all... You two have nothing to lose. Head to this location.."
"We appreciate the kind guidance you've given us Mizukage." Noatak replied. "Yes, thank you sir." Tarrlok replied. (These kids... Could they be? Could they be the ones destined to inherit THAT power? Are they... The Prophesied Hozuki brothers?) The 2nd Mizukage thought to himself. They then traveled to their next destination remembering what The Second Mizukage had strictly told them..
Water, Thicker Than Blood
Noatak and Tarrlok carried on with their lives, hardly even thinking about the incidents in Kiri. 7 years had passed since that fateful day, and the brothers had continued with their lives, protecting each other and surviving just like they always had.
"Hey, Noatak. I think it's about time you kept your word, and we joined a village." Tarrlok mentioned. "Ahh, yes. We had been surviving on our own so long that I had almost forgot about our plan." Noatak said as he remembered that day. Noatak then reaches for his right arm, and starts running it. "Where will we go, Tarrlok?" Tarrlok looked at him with a smile. "How about Kirigakure! We'll make our way back to the place that first accepted us!" He suggested with excitement. "Brother... I know you felt a connection with that land... I know, because I could feel your connection with it. You belong in that place." Noatak said calmly. "Yeah! Then let's--" Tarrlok began, but Noatak interrupted. "You're not understanding, Noatak... I felt YOUR connection with the land known as the Bloody Mist. I didn't feel at home there." "Then where, brother... Where will you go?" Tarrlok asks with sadness in his tone. "Do you remember that time we wandered past Konohagakure? It was so beautiful... It was like something I had never seen before. I know I never mentioned it, but I made it my dream, to join them." Noatak said. "But Noatak... We won't be together anym--" "Stop, Tarrlok. No matter how far away we are from each other in the world, I will always be with you. I will protect you with my dying breath. That, I swear by." Noatak said as he interrupted Tarrlok. "Th-thank you, brother... And I will always be with you as well... And I will protect you with my dying breath. Despite our distance in the world, we are always together. We are brothers." Tarrlok spoke.
1 year later, both Tarrlok and Noatak were accepted into the villages they wanted to call home. The 2 brothers still stay in close contact with each other, as well as going on missions together. Under the radar, they join up with each other and help with carrying out plans and missions to help their villages. To this day, their bond of brotherhood is stronger than any jutsu. The Prophesied Hōzuki brothers will be remembered in the history of the entire world of shinobi as 2 of the greatest.
