Ways Sasuke Can Lose His MS/EMS Abilities

It's for my story I'm planning. The link is above if you did not see it. You should check it out! I've come up with a couple of ways he loses his EMS/MS abilities and is left with 3 tome.

- In Naruto/Sasuke's final fight, Naruto manages to damage Sasuke's eyes beyond repair with a single swipe. After Naruto manages to turn Sasuke a new leaf, Sasuke says he can not live blind like this; He proceeds to instruct Naruto to take him to Tobi's hideout for a new pair of 3 tome sharingan. Naruto complys, and Sasuke manages to implant his new sharingan- however, without the MS/EMS. As the only one who knows of Orochimaru's plot (revealed later), Sasuke seeks greater power to redeem his MS abilities and combat Orochimaru.

- The chakra in Sasuke's eyes is sealed by a new enemy- only his 3 tome abilities remain, and he must seek out his sealed chakra to redeem his abilities.

- Naruto damages Sasuke's eyes as before; they arn't completely destroyed, but are hindered and can only obtain 3 tome.

- Some random ass-pull jutsu Itachi had in place prevents Sasuke's EMS and MS from working until he redeems himself.

I want to see Sasuke beating Naruto and leaving him half dead like at the valley of the end, but changing his mind and either sacrificing his life with the Rinne Tensei or becoming good..

I get what you're asking, personally I like your second idea in having the ems sealed by some bad guy, IMO the bad guy has to be under oro's control, and have Sasuke track him down so he can get the rest of his dojutsu back.

I remember having Konoha make a stone life size statue of Itachi in the village center and had Sasuke give up his eyes and put them in the statue's place >_> it was my lame excuse for him to be a blind fighter. I'm guessing you don't want to use Nagato's 2nd eye that Obito didn't use right? Maybe you can make the special chakra that Uchiha usually use to progress their eyes actually be Yin chakra, so Naruto's Yang chakra reversed the fact?
