Every manga statement isn't completely true and it takes an element of hyperbole to impart an element of exaggeration for making a point that such and such ability is extremely powerful. For example, Amaterasu is said to be as hot as the surface of the sun. If it was true, then a single flame usage would have scorched the whole planet/Narutoverse.
I don't think Itachi is invincible. People take things a bit too seriously.. People claim that Itachi is completely invincible and no attack can destroy his Yata Mirror. I disagree..

This weapon is called the Kabutowari.. it's said it is capable of crushing ANY and ALL defenses.. that includes the Yata Mirror . According to your logic, it must be able to destroy the Yata Mirror. The Kabutowari was introduced after the Yata Mirror. If it were to be useless against the Yata Mirror, it would have been said to crush MOST defenses.

Wow really? lol Thinking Itachi is invincible because of Sasunoo makes me laugh haha. Jiraiya showed the very jutsu that would sink it haha. Swamp of the underworld would sink Sasunoo like it did Orochimaru's snakes and that was nowhere near it's full size since he was only at 30%. That being said, the ninja has to be strong enough to make the swamp of the underworld big enough. Naruto can use shadow clone to get behind Sasunoo and tbb it also destroying it (BM is to fast for itachi). Ohnoki who can fly can move around and hit Sasunoo with his dust element to destroy it (he can us earth jutsu to mess with Sasunoo's balance or use swampof the underworld). Gaara sand can attack from beneath Sasunoo and get Itachi (even worst if they're in he desert).
