I think tobirama would win with high diff.
He has extremely strong water style edo tensei with most likely strong edos space time technique and senju DNA and its really hard seeing him losing even though we haven't seen him a lot

Itachi has MS izanami amaterasu susanoo tsukyomi and fire style

We don't know enough about Tobirama. Edo Tensei can't be used without preparation before hand, so that factors into the battle. The man used to generic water release techniques albeit on a scale that no one can reproduce, but Itachi's Yata Mirror can still take it. Not that it is even necessary, as only one is used for offence. He is known as a good sensor, so Itachi won't have the element of surprise. He is also good at space time ninjutsu but the only won he is known to have is Edo Tensei. Oh well. Until he shows what he can do Itachi takes this low difficulty.

we didnt forget. its just filler and thus did not happen. hashirama used that move in the manga
