He smiled alot didnt he? I mean at least seem kinda unhappy...

this question has bothered me before but its not kishi's style. Was jiraiya shown crying when hiruzen died? They were at war, like Madara told Hashi this chapter 'we're shinobi, we could die at any time..' . There was no time to be sentimental, countless others died in that war and crying does'nt show you care, actions do.
