People saw Tobirama use S/T jutsus.

People saw Minato use Uzumaki seals ( also RDS is Uzumaki fyi ).

Itachi never used Tsukuyomi on a non-Uchiha.

Of course a Perfect Jin can't get out of Tsukuyomi. Manga stated only AN UCHIHA WITH THE SHARINGAN AND THE SAME BLOOD AS ITACHI can break it. How many times do I have to repeat what the manga clearly states.

Tsukuyomi is over and done with in 1 second, Jins have no time get out it. Thus only Sasuke can break Tsukuyomi. No one else.

I don't see how they won't. Susano'o appears in an instant whenever user feels danger. Render Kamui useless there and then.

Tsukuyomi takes 1 second IRL and way more in the genjutsu world. The Jin is send to the genjutsu world with his Bijuu, as well. It's up to the bijuu to get him out of it.

Yeah, because he wanted Sasuke to be strong enough to take him down and MS gives SASUKE a better chance have breaking Tsukuyomi since he and he alone is already eligble of breaking it.

Not all Tsukuyomi are the same, don't compare Itachi's to Sasuke's because they obviously don't have the same properties and traits.

Itachi's Tsukuyomi>Sasuke's Tsukuyomi. Bee breaking Sasuke's doesn't mean he can break Itachi's, because he can't.

Even if Kakashi was put under Tsukuyomi Itachi wouldn't be able to finish him since he would be warped already. The best he could get is a draw, assuming Tsukuyomi works on Mangekyou users - which I strongly believe it does not.

i think kakashi is very overrated by some and very underrated by some.

In my opinion, kamui is unfair, it easely makes him top 20, or even debatable at top 15.

I'd dare argue neither Onoki nor Gaara can beat him, as Gaara has no knowledge of kamui and gets warped while preparing his defences and Onoki relies on Ninjutsu, most of them being weaker than Kamui due to having to form signs whereas Kamui is instant and is eye aimed.
