Can I use my account while my brothers is banned or will my account get banned because the admins assume it's my brother due to the same IP Address. Can't they somehow check to see we're using different PC's on complete different domains? I PM'ed a mod but I don't want to get banned so if I can't use it until my brother gets un-banned will I have to log out?

Well.. normally they dont randomly go around check IPs after they bann someone unless they did something CRAZY. not only that but if the acct is already made. you should have just shut up.. cause more than likely.. they will bann it...depending on what you done

From my understanding back when I was a mod for another site they won't be able to distinguish both you and your bro assuming that you both are using the same router. One ip is going to show for the both of you

Zise is a reasonable guy. Once he is back on, plea your case to him. He will most likely lift an IP ban if your argument is convincing enough. Just remember, you'll only have one chance to prove yourself so if your brother or you messes up again, there won't be any reconciliation.

Yeah dude, they'll probably ban you. Once when I posted something useless from one of my other Id (Both the Ids were used from one Ip address) I got my this Id (from which I'm posting) banned for a week.

I thought you were saying that you were IP banned. If you're worried about your brother getting you IP banned, then you can still mention that to an Admin. I would first talk to your brother and tell him to stop breaking rules.

IP Banned? No, no, he wasn't IP Banned. He's just banned for a while.

With your history of excuses and outright lies to mods and admins( including the false claims you made in your posts thus lying to the whole forum) , it's hard to believe that Zenic is your brother and not you. You bargained you detention for a ban and then you are bypassing it with an alt. Give me one good reason to believe you this time around.
