Full power Obito stomps Minato. If his jins are restricted, he still has izanagi and durability to withstand Minato's rasengan. Even if Minato beats Obito, Obito can beat more people than Minato which is why he is higher on the list.

I didn't count edo tensei because Kabuto stated that Hashirama was stronger than him and we all know Hashirama can not solo Kabuto and his entire edo army so I used DSM Kabuto.

As for Kin and Gin, I don't really know how to rank them and their way of fighting is kind of unconventional.

more likely he was being completely serious. if he underestimates gin and kin even a little, they will destroy the whole army. and we dont jsut have his word. we have kinkaku's disdain for tobirama's jutsus and for the man himself, we have tsunade saying they beat tobirama almost to death, and we have him dying vs KINKAKU's men

You didn't even put Yagura in this list... or the 3rd Kazekage... dude comon I expected more from you. Also you're severly underestimating Lady Chiyo.

Yagura and 3rd Kazekage have no on screen feats so it is difficult to rank them. However, by hype, they are probably in the top 20. As for Lady Chiyo, she could move up quite a few ranks but a lot of people are bad match ups for her so it is hard to rank her.

No that's not true. According to the data book, she has a 4.5/5 for Taijutsu, that's the highest taijutsu in the Akatsuki.
