I put Orochimaru higher because he has Senju DNA, all of Kabuto's knowledge and has his arms back. We have no idea what he is now capable of. I put Itachi higher because althought Sasuke is stonger than Itachi, Itachi WAS the one who came up with the plan to defeat Kabuto. Itachi is a thinker and does not really on brute strength like Sasuke has been doing lately. If Itachi was not around, Sasuke would have lost to Kabuto. Once Sasuke masters EMS, he will get raised.

Obito is at the bottom... because he sucks. Kakashi has Kamui now also and can kill him, but is just holding back.

Madara's prime includes kurama. He's a tool for him to use, the sword of totsuka is the sage's weapon but Itachi is using it. Does that mean its not Itachi's power but the sage's?
