Kabuto is not Konoha.
Ask yourself:where would all shinobis be if you take away their strongest jutsus??
Obito is overrated imo too,but you can't deny the fact that he is good.He is always spamming kamui,but he is doing it right.

i dont agree to be honest....madara is way stronger then obito and would pretty much find his way fighting kamui...itachi is nowhere under kakashi or orochimaru...not even under sasuke..

UPDATED BETTER LIST:

I put Orochimaru higher because he has Senju DNA, all of Kabuto's knowledge and has his arms back. We have no idea what he is now capable of. I put Itachi higher because althought Sasuke is stonger than Itachi, Itachi WAS the one who came up with the plan to defeat Kabuto. Itachi is a thinker and does not really on brute strength like Sasuke has been doing lately. If Itachi was not around, Sasuke would have lost to Kabuto. Once Sasuke masters EMS, he will get raised.

Obito is at the bottom... because he sucks. Kakashi has Kamui now also and can kill him, but is just holding back.

Draphsin... you know Obito is cheap. He would have died years ago without Kamui. Shut up and accept it, Obito fanboy. Kakashi lived through so much harder battles without the use of Kamui. Obito uses Kamui like every 10 seconds.

Besides, Obito was a afraid of Itachi. Just admit that shit.
