Madara was said to be skilled from birth and he took out many expert Senju as a youngling.

^ this. grown up in war you would have the advantage in most battle situations since your going to be stronger and more resistant to certain enemy attacks

By Manga facts alone, Madara is much stronger. As in this latest chapter Butsuma - the former Senju clan leader - declared that Madara took out many skilled, adult shinobis. His war feats and survival alone are a testament to his kills. Itachi is beaten here.

Itachi took out the whole clan two S-Rank shinobi at age 12, i bet they all was skilfull shinobi...

He had Obito's Kamui as well, along with Obito of course. He didn't take it out alone, and the strongest Uchiha Fugaku - leader at the time - did not even fight. That also went in hi favour. Madara grew up in constant war conditions and survived. This goes in his favour.

Still whatever Madara fought at that time isn't even close to Deidara's & Oros level, and i definetly not seeing Madara beating them in few secs like Itachi did.

This is pure speculation on your part. Butsuma clearly mentions that Madara took out several high class Senju shinobi and considered him a threat.
