Madara will mistake sasuke for Izuna?

Now as we know both through drawings and conversation, (can't remember who said it) sasuke has a striking resemblance to Izuna Uchiha. Providing Sasuke meets with Madara, does anyone else think Madara would mistake him for his brother, if only for a second?

Just a thought.. , if they do meet what do you think Madara's attitudes towards Sasuke and his EMS would be? Sasuke could be said to be on his way to 'becoming the next Madara'

That is an interesting thought. I do believe that sasuke will need Madara eventually and the reason will be for his fight with naruto. Sasuke might say "I need him" , meaning he needs madara's knowledge, experience and power to get him ready to fight naruto. He has been equated to madara on several occasions so
