In next chapter(624) Madara & Izuna both of them will unlock MS during fight? Seeing their father die will be the final push over the edge. It does take strong emotions after all. And the reason you get MS after killing your bestfriend, is because of just the trauma of that. You probably get EMS from taking your brother's eyes because of how heartly that move is.
I say, Since they watched their brothers die. Seeing their father die makes them get pretty angry. (they start to cry/what not and a MS forms in their eye).
I'm thinking Hashi and tobirama will freakout wondering what happened to their eyes and it's at that point izuna will bust out MS moves, maybe susano'o or amaterasu, on tobirama. Since he's a sensor, tobirama will sense the dense air around izuna, and he'll see the eyes bleed. At this point he'll still not know what's comming until the flames have already been summoned, and i'm guessing in that instant we'll see tobi's S/T since he has to run away from such a fast move.
After a brief fighting and tobirama figuring amaterasu out and all, while madara is crying over his father and hashi is standing in horror, tobirama will get the upper hand on izuna and just before he strikes, madara will spring into action and start defending his brother. Through all his rage and emotions, madara will use some strong jutsu, and hashi will, for the first time, show everyone his mokuton and save tobirama.
Even with all his emotions flaring, Considering hashi is a really close friend that madara has made, he will not be able to bring himself to actually fighting hashi to the death. He will probably take izuna and leave. Tobirama may try to stop them, but hashi will stop tobirama from pursuing. They'll have gone their seperate ways but meet up at the river again some time later to try to bring their plan of peace to fruit. And then this flashback will hopefully stop.
