It seems that Hashirama's father, Butsama, may be the leader of the Senju clan and the same for Madara dad for the Uchiha. I think Butsama and Tajima will fight to the death. Remember that Hashirama becomes the leader of the Senju clan and Madara / Izuna are the most powerful in the Uchiha clan when the both unlock MS. They are both present at the future Valley of the End and will probably witness their father die, unlocking MS.Tobirama's shares the same ideal as his father but when he dies, Tobirama only has his brother and follows his ideals for peace. Never really trusting the Uchiha because of the death of Itama.

It has already been stated that Madara has the Sharingan. Perhaps Izuna also has the sharingan. Madara already lost his other brothers. Maybe losing his dad will elevate his Sharingan to the next level... it has to. Mangekyo is onl unlocked after experiencing a pain of a loss.

A while back, Obito said that Izuna willingly gave his eyes to Madara. Itachi said the Madara stole them. Well, judging from this chapter, Izuna willingly gave his eyes to Madara. It appears Madara wouldn't have the heart to steal his beloved brother's eyes, making Obito right.

As we can see from this chapter, Madara wanted peace more than anything. It is safe to assume that he lost his ideals and acquired the Uchiha Hatred after losing Izuna. That is why he is the person he is today.

sorry to double post but what if madara mind was becoming twisted and he decided to take the eyes to protect izuna against his will kinda , then felt bad about it.........but yeah izuna looks more like a helper than a leader kinda

i really hope i wasnt the only one who knew that madara and hashi was going to warn eachother with the skipping rocks...not that it was obvious but i did get the impression that they both were meeting each other wayy to often to be "just friends"..eventually they wouldve found out each others clan names..

I also have a feeling that they are going to fight to the death. But I think it is a little too early for that to happen. Maybe after next weeks chapter.

Maybe Madara killed Izuna to save the village
Only to later feel the village betrayed him . . . . in some way or never able to get beyond it.

in which Izuna curses Madara out for siding with the Senju and killing him
