I think any character,that shows a certain childish unstability and Uncoolness,is defeated By TNJ,and I think obito is just begging for it.
If you don't Know,TNJ has never failed.....I believe obito will change....

No obito is a senstive uchiha the second hokage already explained this. Uchiha who experinece deeper feelings are the ones who go dark n evil. Most of those uchiha had the ms. Obito love for rin has him obessed n he is going crazy. Just like sasuke was before he killed itachi.

Then we would see gaara with the black panther and with tsunades jinton they would break madaras ten thousand hand. Then The FOUR HOKAGES would come and using predator drones they would snipe out the whole naruto world.

Can someone actually just be bad and want plain destruction for destruction's sake??? Everyone even madara who earlier was adamant on destruction seems to have a different motive at start.....

People not being "evil" for the sake of it, but being able to change their ways, trying to understand each other is one of the, if not THE central theme of the manga, and Naruto's ideal as well.

It's much like in real life, nobody is simply "evil", it's all the result of things that happened in people's lifes...

By this logic you meant guy will stop using his sharingan right? Not the byakugan
