naruto,one piece,bleach,dbz,fairytale are the only anime/mangas that stand out

The majority of people that read/watch anime would'nt be interested in it if it was'nt for naruto,bleach,one piece,dbz,fairytale there like the lighting rods that attract fans ( mostly naruto) now would ya realy like anime w/o the big5?

My first anime was DBZ and GT, if that counts. The anime that truly got me into anime is Yu Yu Hakusho, aka, my favorite anime.

i seriously doubt that. just because they are popular doesnt mean they are what initially spark interest. first anime i ever watched was pokemon. first anime to be popular in america was gundam.

Death note is debatable seeing that it could of been a long term series.

Same could be said about sword art online

Little busters should standout since it has a realistic story.
