Firstly I'm about 87% sure I've read the signs correctly here.
Which means next week is going to be a really good week but for showing the brutality in the Uchiha clan.
Since in my mind there can only be one logical reason storywise to give Madara and Izuna 3 more brothers.
I reckon 1 brother has died early like Itama, probably in battle to Senju. Which is why last week Madara stated ""5 siblings(/brothers)....we were" (Takl's translation.)
So if we assume Izuna and the two unnamed Uchihas are still alive at the current point of the flashback then it likely means one thing only.
Madara and Izuna kill their brothers and obtain an MS.
However I reckon this death match will be one sanctioned by their father as some sort of common clan ritual/experiment.
I'll bet this longstanding event was created because the clan is following what looks to be instructions on the shrine rock in their continuous attempts to attain more power.
Also I bet these experiments are the reason why Hashirama's father thinks of the Uchiha's as ruthless/savage.
