If a user of the sharingan also has the rinnegan shouldnt they be able to copy kekei genkei at some point sence the rinnegan alows you to master all chakra natures (not byakugan or kimimarus bone jutsus)

Rinnegan allows you to master all natures but Kekkei Genkei's are a unique combination of certain types of natures. You can't copy it, you have to be born with it.

Yes, they are. In order for you to become kage, you need to be related to the previous kages or taught by them.

Heh, you have a nice point, good thinking but as someone has already said, Kekkei Genkai is a combination of 2 elements, and Kekkei Touta is a mixture of 3 elements. So I don't think it's possible to copy, not even with sharingan+rinnegan.

Dust Release is a Kekkei Tota. Which is an advanced and rare form of Kekkei Genkai, so it is possible it does not fall into the normal rules of Kekkei Genkai's.

Im thinking Rinnegan and sharingan users can manipulate all chakra which keeps kekkei genkei as just special chackra a skilled rinegan user should be able master them

I already knew the 3rd was taught by the 2nd regardless you responded "Yes, they are. In order for you to become kage, you need to be related to the previous kages or taught by them" to to my saying the 2nd and 3rd are not related. making your statement pointless

Point here is kekkei genkai can be taught someone with rinnegan and sharingan can ideally copy kekkei genkei
