it's pretty easy to bs a history paper as long as you make it sound like you know something. In college, I didn't even buy the text book. I just wrote stuff down and got As.

My junior and senior of college I stopped buying books because I would never read them (with the exception of math books). I don't learn by reading the material. I'm more of a hands on and a verbal learner. It has nothing to do with being a genius, but just knowing what works best for you.

there's no plot to history and it hasn't changed. all you really need to know are dates and Google can give you that. English essays are different. Read enough of the book to get the general idea, focus on one major aspect, then completely dissect it in your analysis.

Math is incredibly important, Nurses use math all the time with medications, I got one semester left in college and i'll have my BSN. Now, I understand that there are several areas in the world, jobs, careers where most of it is done for you on the spot and you don't need to rely on it. But what if you're a salesman? Prices very depending on the situation along with if selling a home or a car, you need the 10% to 20% down payment along with interest price. I find it a very useful tool for the field of work i'm going into. You should think about what you're going to want to do with your life and if it pertains to you, if it does you should try to achieve perfection with it (Nurses need perfection when administering the right dosage for a medication, this is indisputable) But if you're not going to be using it, then you should just do your best and continue on with your life. Being able to be skilled in math will never be a negative in your life.

Appreciate it.....practiical uses of math....but I seriously can't bring myself to read all that.....it' 12.30 midnight here.....-_-
