Sasuke knows about the relationship between the fourth and Naruto?

Is Sasuke aware of the fact that fourth is Naruto's father? I mean, its actually pretty obvious, they look the same basically and Sasuke's a genius. If thats the case, then Sasuke's question to the fourth will be something regarding Naruto.

If he isn't aware, OMG that'll be what I call awesome! He'll just go WTF??!! When he knows that Naruto's is the fourth's son. :

Me too! i used to always fight with my brother! he would say no way and i would always argue that they look alike and that everytime naruto looked at the hokage stone faces they would always have him emphasize on Minato! To me it made so much sense that they were father and son..I also always knew that his last name was taken from him mother..
