[Theory] Hashirama Will Be Only Hokage Freed

Lots of people have been saying that the Hokages will break free, however I think that the remaining three will remain under Orochimaru's control. Because of how Kishi portrayed the situation so far.

My reasons are that Kishi only had Hashirama break free, if he intended for all of them to break free he would have done it at the same time. Why would he have Hashi break free at the begginning yet leave the others under Orochimaru's control.

Also, Orochimaru made the claim that he would free them after they answer Sasuke's questions, he said this BEFORE they even started. As odd as it sounds that right there is evidence that he won't free them. Because there would be no need to say that he would free them until after the questions are answered, Kishi specifically did it BEFORE the questions started. One thing I have learned from reading is that when a author makes it seem like something will happen long before it happens, then usually it doesn't happen the way we expect.

The way Kishi is making it seem like the Hokages are going to the battlefield all seems way too straight foward, I think Kishi brought the Hokages back, not to save the SA but for a different reason entirely.

Plus can you really see Tobirama or Hiruzen letting Orochimaru live before heading to the battlefield after he attacked the Hidden Leaf Villiage already. Even if he frees them, the first thing they would probably do is kill him, and Oro probably is already aware of that, so why would he free guys that will turn and kill him the moment they are free?

Hashi already proved that he could break out of Edo Tensei at any point in time. The other three im not sure about.

Hashirama already broke free yet it was very clear that Tobirama couldn't. And I doubt Orochimaru will willingly release them.

Besides like I said before the first thing they would do is kill Orochimaru and Sasuke.

Nawww I think kishimoto will free them all see the meetings like tobi,hashirama, and tsunade. Naruto and his pops and maybe konahamaru and the 3rd

Everybody seems to forget that Kabuto kept several Kages under his control and they didn't break free.

Tobirama already tried and failed, what makes anyone think Minato and Hiruzen can break free?

No he will just be dead when Hiruzen and Tobirama turn around and kill him. Did you even read the thread.

Maybe you forgot but Orochimaru already said he doesn't care after Kabuto was defeated.

Well Tobirama was simply strong enough to ignore the commands of Edo Tensei up until his brother's Senju DNA was used....so Tobirama has not even broken the contract like Madara did....he simply ignores the orders being given.

So basically if Orochimaru gets distracted for a second, Tobirama can use the handaign(s) Madara used to break the contract, and thus be free. With Tobirama finally our I can't see him not displaying his abilities

I am not saying he won't, he just won't do it of his own free will or for the Shinobi Alliances side. I doubt Orochimaru would allow such power to go free out of his control.

OT: First of all Hiruzen and Minato even made an attempt to break free. Hashirama is just freed from the commands, he is still bound by the contract. Even if they can't break free Oro will release them. Oro's unlimited power and immortality is useless if Madara's plan succeed. I doubt the Hokage's will kill him when Madara is wreaking havoc on the battlefield.

I think the field is getting abit too full already anway. I assume the five kage will show up along with the previous edo hokage. Then we have the army, the juubi, the bad guys and Oro, Sasuke, Suigetsu and Juugo. Plus Karin, Anko, Kabuto and Yamato will show up too. And everyone will want to talk to each other and/or fight each other. Too many pairings that have unsolved issues.

So yeah, big party.

I would find it kind of impressive to see how that will be written but it would be a nice finale of the story. Still, it's probably quite the challenge, even for Kishi. Too much that would have to be solved at the same time, I think it cannot happen like that.

No one of them is getting out of that room... c'mon guys think about it. If Hokages interrupt in the war that would be wrong. I actually want it. I really want to Hokages to break free but will not. Why? Because if Hashirama intervene, then we'll watch his battle with Madara again. Not that it wouldn't be interesting, but Naruto offsetting. Currently, he leads the war and if one of the previous Kages come at the war - the end. But Naruto-Sasuke relations remain unresolved. Sasuke will be the one who will show. After Hashirama senses him.
