sasori starts off with his kazekage puppet and hiruko (but only if he can control the kazekage while in hiruko if not the hiruko option is off)

restrictions: reaper death seal

knowledge: sasori knows minato is an inhumanly fast hokage and minato knows sasori is a master of puppet jutsu and highly dangerous

distance: sasori vs sakura

intent: to kill

location: sakura vs sasori

i figure magnet release will be a problem for minato and gamabunta a problem for sasori but i don't know who'd win

minatos a sensor. he'd know immediately sasori has some kind of heart and would aim for it. there isnt much sasori can do. iron sand is good but FTG + rasengan takes both. he doesnt need kunais for FTG and is inhumanly fast without it as you said.

^ Actually Sasori has a very good chance at this battle because his Kazekage puppet has magnet release, therefore can counter FTG kunais pretty well.

But Minato has awesome reaction speed as well as base speed so it can go either way.
