What is the best time on NB?

Does anyone know which is the busiest time on NB, meaning around what time and which days of the week, it's full with a lot of people here.

As in, if someone wants to make a thread, for a serious discussion, which is going to be the time and day, the thread is going to be viewed by the most people?

Well, considering a wide migority of the members that are on this site are 13-20. I am going to guess, in the evening.
