Who says current naruto > current sasuke

Just a quick question, if we havent seen the full powers of sasuke's ems, then why oh why do we assume that naruto is at a far higher power level than sasuke. if anything the new chapters should tell every one what the ems is capable of, i mean a susano that can cloack the full and complete kyuubi, aint no joke
