Plausible, and a good read.

However, if they could use RDS yet couldn't do the unseal, why were only the souls of the Shodai, Nidaime, Sandaime and Yondaime Hokage as well as Orochimaru's arms the only things unsealed? You cannot say that RDS simply went unused if it was given to the Uzumaki Clan by the Sage of the Six Paths.

There's probably more than one Shinigami, hence the 26 other mask in the Shrine, it makes sense since in Japanese myth there are many Shinigamis instead of one, thats why Oro needed to choose the face of the Shinigami that actually contained the Hokages

i'm going to have to agree with this thread as always. Why did they need be inside the uchiha tablet room to use the uzamaki tech is interesting. It helps out the theory of the sage being an uzamaki himself.

Pretty good thread with one disagreement; The Sage was a monk who wasn't a ninja himself, but passed on teachings in form of Ninjutsu. Presumably, these were basic Chakra manipulation principles to harness the spiritual essence of individuals into techniques, which ninjas perfected later into a proper discipline or facet of Ninja abilities. That leads me to believe that he only developed that special Ninjustu - the sealing ninjutsu - for the 10 tails. He couldn't have written that Tablet then, as the manga doesn't offer any insight on this issue that he even knew any other sealing techniques beyond this, as the man after all, was not a Ninja, but a monk/sage.

Great theory though.

So do you believe that the Sage of Six Paths used the Reaper Death Seal on another enemy aside from the Juubi?

Also, it would be pretty mindboggling if the Sage wasn't of Uzumaki decent. I mean...there bodies could handle being the 10 Tails Jinchuriki, and still have a pretty long lifespan.

Plus! Sasuke is there currently! Perhaps after his conversation with the Kage, he can read what else is on the tablet. Too bad he doesn't have any Rinnegan users with him.

Interesting thoughts, strongly plausible SO6P pass down the uchiha tablet to his first born and The Shiki Fuujin originated from SO6P then pass down generation to generation in the uzumaki clan. Because Orochimaru needed both the tablet and the shiki fuujin to summon all four hokage(though I find it convenient Orochimaru can use shiki fuujin to get his arms back lol. Why didn't he use it back during the leaf destruction arc instead of going to Tsunade?) so Sasuke(flip-flopper) could ask his 20 question, which make this theory a strong possibility.

Thanks! I think it's because if he did Kishi would be making a dead giveaway of the true lineage of Rikudou Sennin. And he wants to build up that idea for the future chapters.
