Was there ever a character you used to hate but now like?

There are times that you hate a character but then you realize that you actually like them. For me I used to hate sakura but now I really like her in part 2. She's more I independent and even though she is still kind of useless in some ways, she isn't a weakling like she used to be. So, what about you guys?

I used to hate Sakura, but she's alright now. I also used to hate Sai with a passion, but now I think he's really cool and I've come to appreciate his use of art in his attacks.

Oro, in part one I was like I don't like this guy, but now he's my third favorite.
Neji, in part one he was too egotistical and annoying, but now he is my second favorite.
Sai, man I REALLY hated him, now I just dislike him.
Karin, I hated her EVEN MORE the Sai, but I don't think I would be able to stand it of she died, I dunno why though.

I disliked Madara when Obito was pretending to be him and we all thought he really was Madara, but I like the real Madara.

Sai because it felt like he was created to be a Sasuke wannabe (and no one could replace Sasuke in Team 7 imo), but once I learned more about him, he became likable.

Neji when he was fighting Hinata, but after his fight with Naruto and when he joined the Sasuke retrieval team, he really grew on me.

Funny thing is it was the opposite with Kabuto, I liked him when he first came into the story, now I dislike what he's become.

I used to hate Orochimaru but now he's awesome
