Well as far as I know the totsuka sword is a spirit weapon that his susanoo wields. It's in other words in no way related to Itachi or anyone elses eyes.

It is equipment and the fact that Orochimaru searched for it implies that it doesn't necessarily need to be equiped by a Susanoo. But I'd say based on this that it's highly unlikely at the most that the sword follows the eyes.

that might be right its also apart of my big theory that obito will fight kakashi and maybe sasuke will sneak him with
totsuka blade and seal him............then obito will escape *(maybe wit kamui)* then that will be more argument that

when oro was sealed it didnt have an immediate so i say he could escape if he was aware of it.
