Throughout their existence, when were the each villages strongest time? Assumptions can only be made from what we have seen by far, so opinions might differ. By the way; right now Konoha having their edo kages does not count.
Konoha: When both Senju and Uchiha were in the village and Hashirama was the Hokage.
Kumogakure
robably before the current war, when they had 2 tails and 8 tails;their village has a strong sense of dicipline so they most likely get improved throughout the time.
Iwagakure: During Muu's reign, they probably had their jinchhuriku; it might also be before the current war.
Kirigakure:Nidaime's reign, they probably also had one of the previous generations of seven swordsman.
Sunagakure:I would say when team Gai and team Kakashi were there after they saved their kage's a**, and i mean it; but it probably doesn't count so i am going to say during sandaime kazekage's reign; he hailed as the strongest kazekage and it was before when their economy got scre**d over because of their daimyo.
So, what are your thoughts?
