Nope. Itachi has nothing which can beat Sasuke. Sasuke can spawn MS techniques.

Sasuke easily beats Itachi.

So he easily breaks Yata mirror .. while itachi has izanami to use if needed ( assuming they were blood lusted)

Don't know if Izanami would work on Sasuke.

And he doesn't have to break Yata, all he has to do is outlast Itachi.
