Smart one, in this fight, it does not even matter if the effects are less. The main point of Kabuto using Hakugeki against an Uchiha is to blind them. At point blank range, Sasuke can't evade, no matter what science you pull out your ass.

A technique that causes extreme turbulence within the near vicinity to amplify sound and hinder vision by blocking out shafts/slants of light is literally useless outside the cave. Even a jackass knows this, as outside the cave regardless of distance - since it isn't exactly a bullet as you hilariously put it through your 'point blank' usage - the vibrations won't intensify to such a level as to amplify the sound due to the space/area involved.

And in daylight, even the thought of blocking out vision by somehow, magically mantling billions of rays bouncing off different surfaces is borderline retarded. Stop embarrassing yourself, and quit whilst you are way behind. What you are venturing completely goes against meteorological phenomenon of turbulence, or Sound frequencies amplification etc, together with how light work. This is just ... sad.
